It is a beautiful 2-sided plat map, made of the original drawing [as a booklet], for advertisement of properties for sale . The area, depicted here, is bounded by 15thStreet + Fifteenth Avenue + Chicago Northwestern Railroad + West of Twenty First Avenue. It shows 49 Blocks of Lots for sale, with the name of the Builder/Real Estate Agent & their address on the center fold; and a map of Melrose Park at the time, vicinity map, and so much interesting information, including a list of the prominent residents in the area & pictures that it's hard to list everything hereto. 
A MUST SEE BEAUTY! 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some surveyor's indexing markings & notes on both sides from various surveying projects, completed in the area.
