Please notice the beautiful old-fashioned depiction of the Boulevard & drawings of the Railroad Depot & Choo-choo train. 
It is a unique beautiful plat map, prepared by one of the great surveyors of the time. It shows a total of 32 Blocks of Lots for sale in 1873.  
Beautiful map, appr. 17" x 16"; for proper dating of this plat we referred to our extensive archive. 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some of the surveyor's indexing markings & notes from various surveying projects, completed in the area.
