We are offering a COLOR COPY of 1876 advertisement antique map of part of Marquette Park:  
John F. Eberhart’s SUB, bounded by 63rd Street + S. Kedzie Ave. + 67th Street + S. Central Park Ave. & Chicago Grand Trunk Railroad.
       It is a beautiful map, prepared by one of our predecessors. It shows 16 Blocks of Lots for sale with sale prices for vacant Lots & built houses, with interesting facts about the area. The name of the Owners & Sub-Dividers, with their office's address are listed as well. 
What an interesting fact: this Subdivision used to be in Chicago Lawn NBHD, now – in Marquette Park!
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some of the surveyor's indexing markings & notes from various surveying projects, completed in the area.

This map was printed on cheap yellowish paper, but the drawing & the text are totally clear.
