We are offering a COLOR COPY of an advertisement antique 1889 map of part of Avondale
– Heafield’s Milwaukee Avenue Subdivision, bounded by: Belmont Avenue + Central Park Avenue + Milwaukee Avenue + Monticello Avenue.
It is a beautiful colorful plat map, prepared by one of best Surveyors of his time, for advertisement of properties for sale.
It shows sale prices of Lots, information about the area, improvements, transportation, names & addresses of the owner, Lincoln S. Heafield & the agent, Paul Fisher, etc
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some surveyor's indexing markings from various surveying projects, completed in the area. 
This map was printed on cheap yellowish paper, it has one corner ripped off and minor tearing along edges, but the text and the drawing is totally clear & intact.
The size is appr. 9.5" x 21". For proper dating of this map we referred to our extensive  archive.
