It shows 52 Blocks of Lots for sale, with beautiful drawing of the Dauphin Park, Arcade Building and the Railroad Depot at the Illinois Central Railroad tracks at the East edge of this area. Also shown is the name & address of the Subdivider, S. E. Gross. 
This map has lots of surveying indexing & notes from various projects, completed in the area.
