It depicts 42 Lots for sale NEXT TO THE GLADSTONE PARK; with rather large vicinity map, that shows proposed extensions of the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railroad; of the Chicago & Calumet Terminal; and of the Circle Railway, nearby. It also shows a proposed Electric Railroad nearby, as well. It is a beautiful original drawing on Linen, drafted in black ink by hand by one of our predecessors. AMAZING CRAFTSMANSHIP!   
This map has surveying indexing & notes as it was used for work by generations of our surveyors.
