We own a beautiful handdrafted original drawing on Linen, prepared by one of our predecessors. 
It shows 13 blocks [total] of Lots for sale with Vicinity Map. Also shown is the name & address of Chas N. Roberts, Engineer & Surveyor, who prepared this exceptionally beautiful map. 
This drawing, like all others from our  archive, has some surveying indexing from projects, completed in the area. The size is appr. 16" x 17". For proper dating of this map we referred to our extensive archive.
