New City Of Marlboro, bounded by 67th Street - Marquette Street.+ East of Hoyne Ave. + 71st St. + Blancard Ave. It is a beautiful map, prepared by one of our predecessors. It shows 32 Blocks of Lots for sale with prices of “September Sale”, interesting facts & the name of the Owners & Sub-Dividers, with their office's address are listed as well. What an interesting name - New City of Marlboro! 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some of the surveyor's indexing markings & notes from various surveying projects, completed in the area. History of Chicago at your fingertips!
This map was printed on cheap yellowish paper, but the drawing & the text are totally clear. 
To properly date this map, we referred to our extensive archive. The size is appr. 19" x 24".
