It is a beautiful plat map, prepared 130 years ago. It shows 8 Blocks of Lots for sale. This map is so old that it features a horse drawn trams on Division Street, which was common transportation in 1894! 
This map, as most maps in our historical archive, has some surveying indexing from projects, completed in the area. History of Chicago at your fingertips!
