We are offering a COLOR COPY of an antique advertisement map of part of East Rogers Park Birchwood Beach SUB, bounded by Touhy Avenue + Lake Michigan Shore + Sheridan Road. 
It is a beautiful colored plat map, prepared by one of our predecessors.  
It lists term of sale of Lots and names of prominent residents in the area, such as judges, lawyers, banker, etc. Also listed are the owner of the Lots - D.D. Bathrick, the Real Estate Agent – Fred H. Hand. 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some of the surveyor's indexing markings & notes from various surveying projects, completed in the area.
