We are offering a COLOR COPY of an antique 1906 advertisement map of Re-Subdivision of the [New] Washington Park Club Addition to Chicago, bounded by 61st Street + South Park Avenue + 63rd Street + Cottage Grove Avenue. It is a beautiful map, prepared by one of our predecessors. It shows 14 Blocks of Lots for sale with terms of sale, interesting facts & the name of the McKey & Poague, Exclusive Agents, with their offices' address. 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some surveyor's indexing markings from various surveying projects, completed in the area. 
History of Chicago at your fingertips! This map was printed on cheap yellowish paper, but the drawing & the text are totally clear; there is one small tear-off at the top that does not affect the drawing. 
To properly date this map, we referred to our extensive archive. The size is appr. 16" x 16".
