Keeler [42nd] Ave. + W. 16th Street + S. Kostner [44th] Ave. This is a 1st advertisement map of this area, found so far. It is a beautiful plat map, prepared more than 100 years ago. It shows 6 Blocks of Lots for sale, with 2 Blocks purchased by the city for a new Tabor Park; + term of sale of lots, history of the area, and other interesting information, with the name of the developers & their address. Important & beautiful plat map. 
Even though, it was printed on cheap yellowish/brownish paper, all text and drawing are totally clear.
