This map shows main tracks, connecting tracks, train yards, interchanging yards of ALL lines, existing or in course of construction in 1909 - a TOTAL OF 53 RAILWAYS, covering huge territory: all the way to North of Franklin Park [at Northwest] + North side of Chicago [at North] + Lake Michigan [at East] + U.S. Route No. 45 [at West] + Blue Island, Harvey & Thornton [at South] and parts of Lake & Porter Counties, Indiana [at far East].

It, also, lists ALL Railway Freight Station + ALL Passenger Station + ALL Coach Yards.

There is a note: “Compiled by C.P. Stembel. January 1909”

The size is appr. 29" x 36". Clearly dated 1909.
