Chicago Antique 1910 Advertisement Map: Villa Park - Ardmore Acres, DuPage Co. 
We are offering COLOR COPIES of an antique 1910 Advertisement Map of part of  Villa Park, DuPage County, IL, - Ardmore Ideal Acre Homes, by Ballard, Pottinger & Co. The territory, shown here, is bounded by St. Charles Road+ West of Wisconsin Avenue + Madison Street + East of Riverside Drive. 
It is a beautiful original plat map brochure of 4 pages/16 folds, prepared by one of our predecessors. It shows 345 Lots WITH ACREAGE. Apparently, by the time this brochure was made, half of the lots in this SUB were already sold - the Lots still available for sale are highlighted in red. There are lots of information about the area, public school + churches & railroad stations, and lots of beautiful photos. 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some of the surveyor's indexing markings & notes from various surveying projects, completed in the area. 
The size of each page - appr. 8" x 17.5". For dating of this map we referred to our extensive archive.
