It is a beautiful map, prepared by one of our predecessors. It shows 7 blocks [total] of Lots for sale with terms of sales, and name of L.A. Kinsey & Son with three offices' addresses: Kinsey Estates Office at 5200 Foster Ave., 82 W. Washington Street, and Grand Ave. Estates Office at 6000 Grand Ave. Also shown: a Logo of Allied Printing Company.  
This drawing, like all others from our  archive, has some surveying indexing & work notes from projects, completed in the area.. 
The size is appr. 12" x 18"; clearly dated - July 1, 1915.
