We are offering a COLOR COPY of an antique advertisement map of part of South Austin Neighborhood: New Park Addition by Wm. F. Higgins, bounded by W. Harrison St. + S. Menard Ave. + W. 12th Street + S. Austin Ave. 
It is a beautiful 2-sided plat map, prepared more than one hundred years ago. It shows 12 Blocks of Lots for sale, with some lots marked as sold, on one side; and - PICTURES OF EXISTING HOMES & COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS IN THE AREA + term of sale of lots, history of Chicago & the area, and other interesting information, with the name of the developers & their addresses, on the other side. Important & beautiful plat map. 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some surveyor's indexing markings from various surveying projects, completed in the area. 
       The size is appr. 18" x 24"; for each page. For accurate dating of this plat map we referred to our extensive archive.
