We are offering a COLOR COPY of an antique advertisement map of part of Roseland/Rosemoor neighborhood of Chicago - "Bartlett's Greater Chicago" 9 Subdivisions. It is a beautiful plat map, made by one of our predecessors, for advertisement of properties for sale. 
It shows 84 Blocks of Lots for sale, bounded by 99th Street + Dauphin Avenue + 109th Street + Indiana Avenue. Please keep in mind that street names might have changed since 1916!                          
Also, there is a list of names of all 8 Subdivisions, included onto this map & a vicinity map, conditions of sales; location of the adjacent Pullman Manual Training School property to the South, with signatures by Frederick H. Bartlet & Robert Bartlet. LOTS OF LOCAL HISTORY! BEAUTIFUL CRAFTMANSHIP! 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some surveyor's indexing markings & notes from various surveying projects, completed in the area.
