It is a beautiful 2-sided plat map, prepared by one of our predecessors.  This map shows 18 Blocks of Lots for sale with the sale prices listed for each Lot. It also shows a vicinity map , description of the area & the property and the name & address of the selling office in the area, and much more. As most our maps, this one has some surveying indexing from projects, completed in the area. History of Chicago at your fingertips! The size is appr. 11" x 14".
