It is a beautiful 2-sided plat map,  prepared by one of our predecessors.  It shows 10 Blocks of Lots for sale, lists term of sale of lots, Building restrictions, other interesting information on the back with the name of the Builder & Real Estate Agent & their addresses; in the front there are pictures of beautiful area buildings & history of Chicago & the area. Important & beautiful map! 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some of the surveyor's indexing markings & notes from various surveying projects, completed in the area. 
The size is appr. 14" x 21". For proper dating of this plat we referred to our extensive archive.
