We are offering a COLOR COPY of an antique advertisement map of a part of a very desirable area of Chicago, located along Albion between Ravenswood + Clark + Ashland. It is beautiful plat map, prepared by one of our predecessors.  It shows 2 blocks of Lots for sale with what we believe to be the actual sales prices of lots added by pencil. Names of the subdividers - Gallup & Schiesswohl are listed as well. 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some of the surveyor's indexing markings & notes from various surveying projects, completed in the area.  
Beautiful map appr. 8.5" x 14" - such a unique small "golden nugget". To properly date this map we referred to our extensive archive.
