It is a beautiful 2-sided plat map, prepared by one of our predecessors.  It shows 4 Blocks of Lots for sale with prices & terms of sale, information about the area, available & proposed tram lines, etc. 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some of the surveyor's indexing markings from surveying projects, completed in the area.
