​​​​​We are offering a COLOR COPY of an antique advertisement map of part of West Lawn area -Marquette Park Addition by the famous land developer, W. D. Murdock, bounded by W. 69th Street + S. Central Park Avenue + W. 71st Street + S. Crawford Avenue. This is the 1st advertisement map of West Lawn area, found so far. 
It is a beautiful plat map, prepared by one of our predecessors more than 100 years ago. It shows 16 Blocks of Lots for sale, with term of sale of lots, description of the area, and other interesting information, with the name of the developers & their address. Important & beautiful plat map. 
Size is appr. 17" x 28". For accurate dating of this map we referred to our extensive archive.  
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some of the surveyor's indexing markings & notes from various surveying projects, completed in the area.
