We are offering a COLOR COPY of an advertisement antique map of part of Norwood Park - Kinsey's Norwood Park Subdivision. It depicts the area, bounded by Avondale Ave.+ Natoma Ave.+ Somerset Ave., a cute triangle. This map is a beautiful plat map, prepared by one of our predecessors.  It shows 7 Blocks of Lots for sale with terms of sale of lots and name of L.A. Kinsey & Son, with their offices' addresses; this map was printed on cheap brownish paper, but all text & drawing is totally clear; one 1” tear-off at the bottom does not affect the drawing. My educated guess, based upon the penciled note [at the bottom left] – the owner sent this plat to Surveyor to stake property corners of some Lots, that are clearly marked herein.
As all other our maps & plats, this one has surveyor's indexing markings from various surveying projects, completed in the area.  
The size is appr. 18" x 18"; dated August 1, 1917.
