We are offering a COLOR COPY of an advertisement antique map of the NORWOOD PARK - Kinsey's Higgins Road Subdivision, bounded by: Higgins Road + East of 76th Court + Foster Ave. + 78th Ave.,[I believe, it's Canfield], a beautiful plat map,  prepared by one of our predecessors.  It shows 20 blocks of Lots for sale with terms of sale & other helpful information. Also, the name of the subdivider, L.A. Kinsey & Son with five addresses of their offices & the name of their Agent, C. Louis Kaub with his address as well. 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has surveyor's indexing markings from various surveying projects, completed in the area. 
The size is appr. 14" x 19. For proper dating of this map we referred to our extensive archive.
