We are offering a COLOR COPY of an advertisement antique map of part of North Edgewater - Krenn and Dato’s Crawford-Peterson Addition to Chicago, bounded by: Rosemont Ave. + Crawford Ave. + Peterson Ave. + Kostner Ave., a 3rd advertisement map of this area, found so far. 
It is a beautiful plat map, made for advertisement of properties for sale. It shows 22 Blocks of Lots for sale, with the name of the Sub-dividers & their address; and Building Restrictions, Initial Street Improvements and Title information & other interesting information listed. It has one corner torn-off, which does NOT affect the drawing, not the text. Otherwise -in good condition.
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some surveyor's indexing markings & notes from various surveying projects, completed in the area. It is a rather large map, appr. 29" x 36". Clearly dated 1924.
