It is a beautiful plat map, hand-drafted by one of our predecessors.  This is a 2-sided drawing, that shows 6 Blocks of Lots for sale with the selling plan, and the vicinity map & terms of sales on the back page; in the front you will find only a crest of the selling agents and the slogan "FORTUNES WILL BE MADE IN "CICERO-PETERSON AVE.
