We are offering a COLOR COPY of an advertisement antique map of part of Norwood Park - W.H. Sandles' Higgins - Canfield Subdivision. It depicts the area, bounded by Higgins Road + Canfield Ave. + Olive Ave. + East of 78th Ave. This map is a beautiful plat map, prepared by one of our predecessors.  It shows 3 Blocks of Lots for sale with terms of sale of lots and name of the Subdivider, W.H. Sandles, with his office's address in Norwood Park. This map was printed on light blue paper, which got little bit yellowish, but all text & drawing are totally clear. 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some of the surveyor's indexing markings & notes from various surveying projects, completed in the area.   
The size is appr. 9" x 13"; to properly date this map, we referred to plat maps within our extensive archive.
