It shows 12 Blocks of Lots & several properties with acreage for sale with a copy of Real Estate Agent’s Eugene S. Kimball’s business card attached to the map. Also shown adjacent Lands of Pullman Palace Car Works.
Railroad tracks and Stations of: Illinois Central Railroad + Michigan Central Railroad + Chicago & Western Indiana Railroad are shown as well. Map Delineator [draftsman] was Gustaf H. Carlson, when he was working for Samuel S. Greeley – the founder of our business.
