This is a beautiful plat map, made [by R.W. Dobson] of the original drawings [prepared by Samuel S. Greeley], for advertisement of properties for sale. It shows 41 Blocks of Lots for sale, bounded by 90th Street + Lake Michigan + 102nd Street + Commercial Avenue. 
Please keep in mind that street names might have changed since 1882! 
Also shown many adjacent commercial properties, including the site of the U.S. Steel Company. LOTS OF LOCAL HISTORY! The name of the Real Estate Agents & their address are listed as well.
