It is a beautiful plat map, prepared by one of our predecessors. It shows 8 Blocks of Lots for sale, lists term of sale of lots, building restrictions, other relevant information with the name of the Real Estate Agent and Surveyor, who prepared this drawing & their respective addresses. 
As every other map from our historical  archive, this map has Surveyor's notes & indexing as well from various projects, completed in the area over the years. Important & beautiful map. 
The size is appr. 17" x 24". For proper dating of this plat we referred to our extensive archive.
