We are offering a COLOR COPY of an antique advertisement map of the Bronx SUB in Skokie, IL. 
The area on this map is bounded by Dempster Street + Niles Center Road + Church Street + Gross Point Road, rather large area. It is a beautiful plat map, prepared by one of our predecessors. The owner of the land & the Sub-divider is listed as M. J. Faherty. 
This map has a lot of surveying indexing and notes as it was used for work by generations of our surveyors. 
The size is appr. 15.5" x 19"; For accurate dating of this map we referred to our extensive archive.  
Our research shows that the name of Village "Niles Center" was changed by referendum to "Skokie" in 1940!
