It is a beautiful map, prepared by one of our predecessors almost 130 years ago . It shows 119 Blocks of Lots for sale, some - WITH ACREAGE. Lots sold to date are marked in red. 
There is information about the area with names of existing manufactures, terms of sale of residential & business lots, etc. The name of the Developer – The Harvey Land Association and its Sales Agent – C.H. Applegate, are listed as well. Lots of interesting information!
As most maps from our historical archive, this one has surveying indexing & notes from various projects, completed in the area.
