McIntosh & Company, bounded by North of North Lakewood Lane + Lake Zurich Libertyville Road + Cherry Lane + West of Echo Lane + Burr Oak Lane. Please keep in mind that streets’ names may have been changed since 1936!
It shows 14 Blocks of Lots for sale with Easements & Dedication of the lake. THAT’S WHERE THE WORD “UNIQUE” COMES TO MIND: the original owner of this land, Hilding N. Johnson, dedicated his private lake to the people of this area under the name of “Briggs’ Lake”. Now it’s called the “Echo Lake”! In my 25 years’ experience with the land surveying, I don’t remember ever hearing about change of name of a lake. 
It is a beautiful map, prepared by one of our predecessors. 
The size is appr. 17" x 22"; clearly dated =1936=
