​​​​​​We are offering a COLOR COPY of an advertisement antique map of Riverdale, IL - the Spies' Addition to Chicago in Riverdale. The area on this map is bounded by 138th Street + Indiana Ave. + 140th Street + Wentworth Ave. This is a beautiful plat map, prepared by one of our predecessors.       This map was printed on cheap yellowish paper, which doesn't affect the clarity of the drawing & historical value at all. The map shows a vicinity map, description of the area and the Agents of the owner are listed as F.A. Reich & Son.
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some surveyor's indexing markings from various surveying projects, completed in the area. 
The size is appr. 17.5" x 22". For proper dating of this map we referred to our extensive archive.
