We are offering a COLOR COPY of an advertisement antique map of part of Avondale – Givins’ North - West Subdivision.
It is a beautiful colorful plat map,  prepared by one of our predecessors in business, for advertisement of properties for sale .
It shows a map with 8 Blocks of Lots for sale, bounded by: W. Wellington Street + California Ave. + Diversey Ave. + N. Sacramento Avenue. 
It shows sale prices of Lots, advertisement slogans, names & addresses of the owner & agent, etc.
How very affordable [thinking in current prices] all these properties were just 129 years ago!
Please keep in mind that streets’ names might have been changed since 1895. 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some surveyor's indexing markings from various surveying projects, completed in the area. 
This map was printed on cheap yellowish paper, it has some corners ripped of, but the text and the drawing is totally clear & intact.
The size is appr. 17" x 22". For proper dating of this map we referred to our extensive  archive.
