The territory on this map is bounded by: 26th Street + Ridgeland Avenue + Illinois Central Railroad + Hiawatha Avenue.  It shows 56 very large Lots for sale. It also shows the Ogden Avenue Electric Line, Chicago-Burlington-Quincy Railroad and La Vergne train station at the junction of railroads. 
Also listed is information about transportation, improvements, Title, Real Estate Taxes & the terms of sale of properties. the name of the owner, Herbert N. Rose with contact telephone number & address listed as well. 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some surveyor's indexing markings & notes from various surveying projects, completed in the area.
