It is a beautiful plat map, prepared by one of the great Surveyors of his time. 
This map shows huge territory with names of all Subdivisions in the area, also, - Loyola University, Edgewater Golf Club, etc. 
This map shows the entire current EAST ROGERS PARK neighborhood & part of the current WEST ROGERS PARK neighborhood. 
This map is much larger in its size and in the territory shown than other maps of Rogers Park that we found before.
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some of the surveyor's indexing markings & notes from various surveying projects, completed in the area.
