We are offering a COLOR COPY of an advertisement antique map of a part of Riverdale, IL:  Ivanhoe neighborhood, “A Community of Distinction”, bounded by: 142nd Street + Illinois Central Railroad + 140th Court + Indiana Avenue + 146th Street + Halsted Street. It shows seven (7) different adjacent Subdivisions, the latest one was recorded in 1926.
This is a beautiful plat map, made of the original drawing almost 100 years ago, prepared by one of our predecessors. This map was printed on cheap yellowish paper, which doesn't affect the clarity of the drawing nor - historical value of it. This is an amazingly beautiful map! 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some surveyor's indexing markings from various surveying projects, completed in the area. 
This beautiful map is appr. 16" x 28". For proper dating of this map we referred to plat maps from our extensive archive.
