​​​​​​We are offering a COLOR COPY of an advertisement vintage map of LIBERTYVILLE - Percy Wilson's Oak Spring Woods Subdivision. 
It is a beautiful 2-sided drawing for advertisement of Lots for sale. It shows a total of 48 Lots for sale, located East of the Des Plaines River, with photos of the town, entrance into the subdivision & description of the area on one side. There are photo of the Railroad Depot & vicinity map on the front. Apparently, in 1949 all lots were NOT sold, so this map lists the prices as of July 10, 1952. 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some of the surveyor's indexing markings & notes from various surveying projects, completed in the area. 
It is an important & beautiful map of appr. 8.5" x 11" - small "golden nugget"!
