We are offering a COLOR COPY of the Map of parts of West Rogers Park + Bownmanville, Rosehill + Edgewater + West Ridge NBHDs: a.k.a. Map & Open Letter Of B. F. Knauer, Civil Engineer - a citizen of the 26th Ward [in 1906] of the City of Chicago, to his fellow residents of the 26th Ward, describing unscrupulous behavior of, then, Alderman Reinberg. Please be aware that the political Wards’ boundaries within the city have been changed many times over since 1906. The area on this map is along Ravenswood Avenue from Devon Ave to Balmoral Ave. 
What an amazing plat map of the courage of one ordinary citizen, who was not afraid of retributions and stood against the rotten system! 
In my long involvement with GHNS' business, this is the 1st time we found such unique plat map.
We are proud that Mr. Knauer was involved with our family business!
